Edward J. Nolter joined Marsh and Paine, P.C. as an associate in the firm’s Denton office in February 2015. Prior to arriving at the firm, he earned valuable experience working as an associate attorney at The James H. Horton Law Firm from 2012-2015.
Edward J. Nolter graduated from the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford with a degree in public relations and sociology, where he earned the Communication’s Department Student of the Year Award in 2004. He then earned his Juris Doctorate from Western Michigan University – Thomas M. Cooley Law School, graduating cum laude. Mr. Nolter received the certificate of Merit Award and an Honors Scholarship while at Western Michigan.
Edward J. Nolter handles a wide variety of cases at Marsh and Paine, P.C., including: Criminal Defense, Juvenile Defense, Family Law, Civil Litigation, Personal Injury, Guardianships and Probate. He is also certified as an attorney ad litem by the State Bar of Texas. Mr. Nolter is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Texas Young Lawyers Association, and the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association.
